How To Apply Azelaic Acid Gel

Guide to Using Azelaic Acid Gel
If you want to make good use of azelaic acid gel, you must first know the method. This gel has a good effect on skin care. However, if you don't use it properly, it will be difficult to do your best.

The first time is to cleanse the face. Apply warm water with a gentle cleanser, gently rub the face, remove dust and oil, rinse with water, and wipe it dry with a soft towel to make the face clean and moisturized, as the basis for gel application.

Then take an appropriate amount of azelaic acid gel. Depending on the size of the surface area required for care, the amount of beans to peanuts is usually appropriate. Place it on the pulp of your finger, gently and evenly open, so that it is slightly warm and easy to extend.

Then, gently apply the gel to the face. Starting from the cheeks, apply evenly to the forehead, chin, and both sides of the nose to avoid the eyes, lips, and sensitive areas around the mouth. The movements should be slow and light, so that the gel is in close contact with the skin.

After applying, gently rub for a while. Use the pulp of your fingers as a circular gentle massage to help the gel penetrate the skin. The strength is moderate, do not hurt the skin, until the gel is almost fully penetrated.

When you first use it, or the skin is intolerant, you should use it sparingly or thinly. You can use it every other day, or dilute the gel with water first, and then use it as usual when the skin is gradually getting better. And if you feel uncomfortable after use, such as tingling, redness, itching, wash off with water as soon as possible, stop and consult a doctor.

Also, when using this glue during the day, you need to add sun protection. Because it may increase the skin's sense of light, it is advisable to wear a hat, umbrella, and sunscreen when going out to prevent sun damage to the skin. In this way, you can keep the skin healthy and get the benefits of azelaic acid gel.
